About this Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Wise Compare mobile application and related services operated by Daniel Przemyslaw Breur (the “Service Provider”).

02 · Collection

What Wise Compare collects

The Application does not collect personal information from normal use. It does not require registration and does not create a cloud account or user profile.

Comparison names, categories, items, characteristics, favorites, and history are not collected by the Service Provider.

03 · Location

Location and tracking

Wise Compare does not collect precise or approximate device location and does not track your activity across other applications or websites.

04 · Sharing

Third-party access

Because the Application does not collect personal information, it does not sell or share personal information with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.

05 · Retention

Data Retention

The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side database of your personal information, comparison history, saved comparisons, favorites, categories, items, or characteristics.

Retention period for personal data collected by Wise Compare: none. Since the Application does not collect or store personal data on the Service Provider’s servers, there is no server-side personal-data retention period for normal use.

06 · Deletion

Data Deletion

There is no server-side personal data to delete because Wise Compare does not collect or retain personal information through normal use.

Local content remains under your control. If comparison data is stored locally on your device, you can remove it using the Application’s controls, your device’s app-storage settings, or by uninstalling Wise Compare.

If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email, you may request deletion of information contained in that correspondence by writing to magdalena98wisniewska@gmail.com.

07 · Network

Network communication

If the Application accesses an online resource, ordinary internet communication may temporarily involve technical routing information such as an IP address. The Service Provider does not retain that information for profiling, advertising, or tracking.

08 · Children

Children’s privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where applicable law requires one. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Application.

09 · Security

Security approach

A design that avoids centralized collection of personal information reduces exposure risk. However, no device, network, or technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10 · Updates

Changes to this Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the Application, its functionality, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published with a revised effective date.
